Hello, I’m Justine Burnett, founder of language tutoring service, The Language Cabin.
I am passionate about teaching languages and have tutored adults and children in German and French since 2013. I’m also a qualified EFL/ESL teacher offering advanced courses in General English, Business English and Young Learners. I am based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire and offer one-to-one tutoring at my home or online.

I am Mum to two boys – now taller than me and old enough to look after themselves!. I've tested my tutoring techniques on the children at every development stage. I believe it is my experience with raising boys that helped me to develop key skills required to keep pupils fully focussed and engaged with their learning. If a student is enjoying their lesson, they are more likely to make good progress.

ABOUT JUSTine
I started my working life in financial services but decided to give it all up to follow a dream of running a business of my own. I am now a full time language tutor at The Language Cabin with many clients of all ages and abilities. Learning a language can be a challenge - I love helping my students improve their skills and the positive results I see are so rewarding.
I live in Harpenden with my husband, Angus, and our boys, Ali and Cameron. The great outdoors is an absolute passion of mine, and when I'm not teaching you'll find me in my trainers running around Harpenden, heading to the mountains, or searching for new open water swimming opportunities.
