Pricing

• Online and face to face individual language tutoring (French and German) - £40/hour GCSE/A level and £35/hour primary level

• ESL online tuition - £25/hour 

• The Language Cabin shall notify you in writing of any reasonable increase in rates, if applicable.

Booking Conditions

• Online and face to face individual language tutoring (French and German) is payable in advance for the following term. 

• Payment details will be emailed to you for settlement in advance of the first class of a new term. 

• If you are block booking tutoring sessions, you must make an advanced payment of 100% of the price of the services to receive any discount offered. 

• You are responsible for the prompt attendance of the pupil at the tutoring session. If the pupil is late we shall not extend the time of the tutoring session.

• Payment for tuition is due within 10 working days of invoice date.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of a tuition session must be notified, in writing, to The Language Cabin 24 hours prior to the session. 

• Refunds for any outstanding classes will be considered on an individual basis. 

• If for any reason The Language Cabin cancels a class, any remaining classes paid for will be either rescheduled or refunded in full. 

 

Your Personal Information

We will use the personal information you provide us:

• to supply the services to you and/or the pupil

• to process payment for tutoring

• if you agreed to this during the booking process, to give you information about similar services that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.

 

We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation concerning the processing of personal data. We do not pass on information to any third parties without consent.
